Refund policy

Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused.

Due to the nature of the product and sanitary purposes Lash Tings LLC. cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, touched, or tampered with. 

If a product is defective or damaged, the customer must notify Lash Tings LLC.  within 48 hours of receiving your order and return the product with 14 days of receiving the defected or damaged product.

Please provide customer name, order number, and images of items to customerservice@lashtingsllc.com

Lash Tings LLC. can only accept returns on orders placed on lashtingsllc.com.

All products must be in the original packaging, not worn or altered in any way to qualify for a store credit or exchange.
