Lash Tings LLC. only ships within the U.S. at this time. All domestic packages will be shipped via UPS or USPS.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed upon receipt. Typically orders will process immediately but please allow 3-4 business days between 9 AM - 5 PM PST (Monday-Friday). Please note that orders must be placed by 9 AM PST to start processing the same day. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for orders placed on major holidays.  

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times are based on orders placed Monday - Friday. Delivery time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is placed you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active and update the delivery details.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Lash Tings LLC. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information by the customer at the time the order is placed. 

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

Packages returned to Lash Tings LLC. due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer does not count as a return or refund. Unfortunately, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost to have the item(s) reshipped.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Lash Tings LLC. is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS after they leave our facility.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders once placed are final and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. 

Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused.
